AVAS Launches “AVAS Insurance” on the AVAS App in Collaboration with Amãna Takaful (Maldives) PLC
AVAS Ride has partnered with Amãna Takaful (Maldives) PLC to launch AVAS Insurance on the AVAS App, allowing customers to access insurance services seamlessly through the platform.
The new feature enables users to purchase Travel Insurance and Third-Party Motor Insurance through a fully digital process, with instant policy issuance and easy access to documents within the app. The initiative supports AVAS’s expansion beyond ride-hailing into a broader travel and mobility ecosystem, offering customers added convenience in one place.
To celebrate the launch, AVAS and Amãna Takaful will run a joint promotion from 22 December 2025 to 31 January 2026. Customers who purchase Travel Insurance or Third-Party Motor Insurance through the AVAS App during this period will stand a chance to win a 4-day, 3-night trip to Malaysia for two, selected through a lucky draw.
